Jaime Rosa Levy: CEO. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he specializes in the residential field. Journalist in a leading economical magazine, author, real estate investor, he holds an MBA in Finance and is a proud father of two boys and two girls. He is a marathon runner too.
David Michieli: David is our General Manager. As such, David supervises and controls all company processes including team management and customer care. More specifically, David provides careful and meticulous advice to each and every client and escorts our clients for the entire investment process, constantly seeking the best results and ultimate client satisfaction. An architect in profession, David was born in Argentina and studied at the University of Mendoza, in which he was also nominated as a professor of History of Architecture. In 2015, David won a Master studies scholarship in Madrid in Urbanism and Territorial Planning. Aside of serving Greenberry Investments, David is passionate about graphic design, painting and engraving.
Leonardo (Leo): Leo is our General Coordinator for Customer Service and Property Management. Born in Argentina and lives in Madrid for the past 10 years, Leo sees customer care as the ultimate value and therefore, the thing that characterizes him the most is his true dedication to our customers. Leo has very strict standards with all that concerns customer care. He places customer satisfaction in the top of his priorities, providing our customers the best possible service and experience. Leo’s fields of interests include motorcycle racing and real estate. Leo is now pursuing a degree in Economic Sciences.
Alba: Alba is our General Coordinator of the Property Investments. Alba’s passion to real estate started early in life where she saw her true destiny in supporting others in their journey to reach the ultimate property. Alba had gained significant experience by working in major multinational real-estate. Born in Madrid, Alba likes traveling, reading and is a car fan. Alba has a BA Degree in Criminology and a Postgraduate Degree in Private Investigation.
Julio: Julio is our General Coordinator of the Technical Department. Born in Cáceres, Extremadura, one of world’s most famous in World Heritage sites known for their architectural and urban values, it was only natural for Julio to join the real-estate sector. Julio brings a lot of added value and experience from his past work in property design, re-modeling and project management. Additionally, his experience as a teacher of mathematics and physics also paved the way to his structural and very methodical attitude in real estate design. Julio’s hobbies are literature, reading and cooking. He has Civil Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Cáceres.
Natalia: Natalia is our Operations Manager as well as customer support associate. Natalia is true Madrilenian who is currently studying for a law degree. Natalia had lived and worked in the UK, a life experience that lead her to develop exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
