This apartment was a rare finding by our team. It is very big and with the perfect distribution, it has five bedrooms, a big living room with dining area, a good kitchen and a bathroom. It was beautifully decorated by our partners resulting in a very profitable flat.
Each room is rented individually for a student or for a young worker. The neighborhood is perfect for both type of tenants as it is located very close to the University Campus and also to Plaza Castilla, the new skyline of Madrid, where the new business towers are.
Bedrooms with a double bed can reach a higher rental price as well as those facing the streets or gardens. Bedrooms with a single bed are rented by a smaller price as well as those facing the inner courtyard. In this case, we have a combination of two bedrooms facing the street with a double bed each, two facing the back garden, one with a single bed and one with a double bed, and the fifth bedroom facing the inner courtyard with a single bed.
It has currently all five bedrooms rented by a mix of people that have different needs of rental duration, reflecting on a total occupation of 90%.
